Members of the A & T club when they received their Sports England Clubmark accreditation.
GREAT news for the Astley & Tyldesley Cycle Speedway Club is that they have been nominated for the CCPR Sports Club of the Year Awards.
The club are one of only three cycling clubs nominated by British Cycling (each governing body can nominate up to three clubs) for the prestigious awards held in London on Tuesday, May 6.
There are £15,000 worth of prizes to be shared amongst the top six clubs, with the winning club receiving a £6,000 prize.
