MERSEYSIDE Police is appealing for the owners of two specialist mountain
bikes to come forward.
The bikes were recovered in January 2008 during a search at a house in
Merseyside. It is thought that they may have been stolen during a series of
burglaries across the North West.
The bikes are described as a Blue Cannondale Jekyll Mountain Bike with a
hand made carbon frame, thought to be purchased from Leisure Lake Bike
Sales in Banks, Lancashire. The second is a grey Kona Coiler Deelux
Mountain Bike.
If you are the owner of one or all of these mountain bikes, and you have
documentation to prove your ownership, we would urge you to contact
Merseyside Police on 0151 777 5848.
