TONY Greenalgh, of Maxgear RT, beat more than 70 other riders from across the North West this morning to win the 2008 Frank Morgan Memorial Road Race hosted by Liverpool Mercury at Kirkby Industrial Estate. Full results and video footage to follow, but for more photos of the race click below.
